    The fabric carrier is a carrier applied for the cultivation of animal cell adherent cells, which provides a large adherent area for cell growth and realizes high-density cell culture.

    The fabric carrier is composed of stable polyester fiber and polypropylene stent suitable for cell growth. It is made by welding, molding, cleaning, charge treatment and other processes. 

    It is suitable for mammalian/insect cell culture. It is mainly used for the production of secreted products, e.g. genetic recombination proteins/virus vaccines etc. Now, it can also be used to harvest cells, e.g. stem cells/immune cells etc.

    Fabric carriers have been widely used in R&D, e.g. human rabies vaccines/IPV/EV71 vaccines /influenza vaccines/COVID-19/swine fever vaccines/avian flu vaccines/pseudo-rabies vaccine/  porcine diarrhea vaccines/EPO/TPO protein drugs/Viral vectors (LV, AAV, ADV, RV, HSV, etc.)/cell therapy, etc. The cell lines that have been cultured include: VERO, CHO, BHK, MDCK, ST, MARC-145, ES, MSC, CEF, MRC-5, SF9, HEK-293, 123A, 127A, GAMMA and primary cells.
