A bioreactor that can automatically sterilize.

Adopts self-developed biological reaction process control algorithm. By stirring, temperature, pH, DO, sparger, overlay, peristaltic pump, anti-foam and liquid level, load cell, cold spot detection and additional analogy input and output to achieve batch/fed batch/continuous process.

Adopts brand components from domestic and abroad. The equipment has a neat appearance, easy to clean and sterilize, concise human-machine interface, stable process control and convenient operation.

A bioreactor that compatible with cell culture stirring Impeller and bioreactors, e.g. Suspension cell culture suits pitched blade impeller or spin filter type Impeller; Perfusion culture of fabric carrier adherent cells suits packed-bed basket Impeller; Micro-carrier cell perfusion culture suits cell lift Impeller.

01 For fabric carrier adherent culture, especially for secreted products, e.g. CHO for EPO/TPO, VERO cells for human rabies vaccine/Japanese encephalitis vaccine/COVID-19 vaccines/MDCK cells for flu vaccines, etc.

02 For micro-carrier adherent culture, e.g. VERO cells/diploid cells for human rabies vaccine, etc.

03 For suspension cell culture, e.g. CHO cell antibody/SF9 cell cervical cancer vaccine, etc.
