Each tray can accommodate 1 or 2 cellbags for operation, and can be flexibly adjusted according to different cell types and culture needs, 4-12 cellbags can be installed in 1set of equipment so as to optimize space utilization, improve work efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
The trays are replaceable (10L,20L,50Ltrays),and the dual tray configuration allows rapid transfer and seed cells expansion and a single device can meet all needs from pilot research and development to pilot/production.
It can relate parameters in the reaction process, such as weight and peristaltic pump operation, pH and carbon dioxide concentration increase or decrease, through simple and intuitive logic to achieve automated operation, reduce manual intervention and human error, and reduce labor costs in the long run.

Each 10L tray can accommodate 3 pcs 500mL bags,and can be used to do media screening, etc.

Equipped with self-developed high-precision control system, it can monitor and adjust various parameters in the culture process in real time, and carry out data acquisition, real-time curve recording, historical record tracing, result comparison and report printing, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

All the supporting suspension cellbags,perfusion cellbags, fabric carrier cellbags and related storage bags are all independently produced by CEKG® and the corresponding validation documents are complete, which can ensure the continuous supply of consumables.
