    Sterile receiver is a fully automatic device used to connect thermoplastic tubes on disposable bags (liquid storage bags, mixing bags, cell culture bags, frozen storage bags, etc.) used in the biopharmaceutical process to connect a single bag or bag assembly in a non-sterile environment to realize the sterile connection of air tube or liquid filled line. The fully automatic device can aseptically connect thermoplastic tubes 1 / 4 to 3 / 4 inches outside diameter.

    Biowelder is a fully automated device for connecting thermoplastic tubing in a sterile welding operation on single-use bags (biocontainer bags, mixing bags, cellbags, frozen bags, etc.). This innovative technology allows for the sterile connection of tubing from 1/4” up to 3/4” outer diameter.


    Biowelder is used to connect thermoplastic tubing and used on single-use bags or bag assemblies within all biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. CEKG BioWelder can weld either dry or liquid-filled tubing in non- classified and classified environment while maintaining product sterility.
